How it works

1. Order your 12-week package, the bundle of 3 boxes or 3 individual boxes, and use Activate every day as recommended.
2. Give it the full 12 weeks. Collagen needs time to build up your glow. Keep your packaging and empty ampoules.
3. Not satisfied with your results after 12 weeks? Email us within 14 days with your order number. You send the packaging with the empty ampoules back to us as proof of use, and we will arrange your refund.

The conditions

• Applies to your first 12-week Activate package, once per customer or household.
• Only with direct purchase on labomariva.com, not through points of sale.
• Used daily for 12 weeks. This means the bundle of 3 boxes, or 3 individual boxes that you have used daily for 12 consecutive weeks.
• Keep your packaging and empty ampoules. You send these back to us as proof of use to receive your refund.
• The request can only be made after 12 weeks, and within 14 days thereafter.
• We will refund the product price, excluding shipping costs, to your original payment method, after receiving your returned packaging.

How to request your money back

Send an email to info@labomariva.com with:

• your order number (or order numbers for individual boxes)
• a brief reason why you are not satisfied with your result

You will receive return instructions from us. You send the packaging with the empty ampoules back, and upon receipt, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Frequently asked questions

Why only after 12 weeks?
Collagen only shows visible results after 8 to 12 weeks. No glow, no pay therefore gives your product the time it needs to build up your glow.

Do I have to return something?
Yes. You send the packaging with the empty ampoules back to us. That is your proof that you actually followed it for 12 weeks.

Can it also be with individual boxes instead of the bundle?
Yes. As long as you have used a total of 3 boxes daily for 12 consecutive weeks, you are eligible. You then send back all packaging with the empty ampoules.
